About Me

JudithNH: Wolfeboro, NH; I began Canine Guardians for Life, Inc. in the spring of 2003 in an effort to address the plight of the thousands and thousands of companion animals who end up in shelters through no fault of their own. In many instances, they are held for three days or less before their lives are ended. This is simply unacceptable. Although I obviously can't save them all, in five years I've rescued almost 300 dogs from just a few places and have found them safe and loving "forever" homes. I dream of the day when our local and/or Federal governments take a stand against this senseless and brutal loss of life. Until then, I'll continue to do my part!
